WOW!!! What can I say!? Having read books from both Authors before. I was very excited to see how this dark duet worked out. I was not disappointed!
Pretty Stolen Dolls was beautifully written. Although co written one authors writing style did not stick out from the others, in fact they complimented each other to allow the book to flow smoothly which had me turning page after page, without being able to put it down.
Pretty Stolen Dolls had me gripped from the very beginning. Written from Jade's POV you cant help but get sucked into her story and almost feel like you are captive alongside her. Experiencing the need to protect Macy, experiencing her inner turmoil with her love to hate relationship with Benny. Who you really cant help but love in a sick and twisted kind of way.
My favourite Character had to be Dillon. At first I found him arrogant, egotistical and cocky in a sexy kind of way. But throughout the story I found there was more depth to his character. His Un-judgemental support and his strength helped Jade fight her demons. He accepted every broken part of her whilst still being the one determined to fix her by fulfilling her needs that only he seems to understand.
I was so frustrated when it ended on a cliff-hanger. But I definitely think that there is more to be heard from Benny & Macy's POV. Which is something I'm hoping for in book two.
