Collecting the pieces is by far one of my favourite reads of all time, let alone of 2016. This book will break your heart then put it back together again piece by piece.
Collecting the Pieces is real, raw, gritty, emotional but beyond beautiful all at the same time. L.A. Fiore's way with words places you in the shoes of all of her characters, experiencing, feeling everything that they feel.
This is a story of love, loss & learning to love again, which I found completely inspirational.
A message behind every word to the reader to value everyday, everything you love in it. That even when you have lost and are broken. You can collect all the pieces, and although you may not be put back together perfectly. You can become whole again.
Sid & Abel's story will stay with me forever & will always have a piece of my heart.
