This Isn't You Baby (War & Peace #4)
I was a pawn.
Weak and someone easily manipulated.
To be played with as he saw fit.
Until YOU.
YOU shone light in my now dark world.
It was YOU who made me smile.
For the first time in this game, I had hope.
All because of YOU.
The more powerful pieces on the board, however, were a threat to YOU and me.
They would win at any cost.
Two kings ruling with an iron fist.
Allies or opponents, it was hard to tell.
YOU promised to save me.
Told me we would win.
But then I was on the wrong side of the board.
This isn't YOU, baby.
And I don't know what to do.
The game is almost over and I'm counting on YOU.
Tick, tock...
Warning:

Review:
Let me start by saying I sometimes find myself getting bored by 4th/5th instalment of a book series.
This was NOT the case here! As for each of the story's in this series this brings something completely different to the table. Brie's story kept me gripped the entire way through! It was such a roller-coaster of a ride. Just when you think you know where the story is going there's a massive plot twist.

I found myself falling in love with characters I wanted to hate, something I find K Webster is very good at achieving. I was surprised that as Dark and depraved the other books have been in this series this managed to top all of the others for me & not in an over done trying too hard kind of way. But in an amazing, hot, suspenseful, exciting way!
This was another beautifully written story of War & Peace by K Webster. I would probably go as far as saying I loved this book more than Baylee's story! (and boy did I love Bay & War's Story)

I fell in love with many of the characters & added to my list of characters I want Gabe to do his cucumber special on, before tearing out their throats with his teeth!
This book will have you laughing, screaming, crying, stamping your feet like a spoilt toddler & ultimately leave you wanting more & more.
This Isn't Me Baby cant come soon enough!
